The set menus are diverse and are complemented by special dishes which change day-by-day.

Meat is sourced from quality local suppliers - The Great Tasting Meat Company,  Brookshaw's and Cheerbrooks (All from Nantwich). Goat is locally raised by Chestnut Meats of nearby Spurstow and Venison is from Malcolm Prescott, a stalker from Betley. Other game is from Alternative Meats of Wem and Lakes Speciality Foods of Cumbria.

Fish is all from sustainable stocks and eggs are free range.

We have 2 suppliers of ice cream. One is a premium Italian range from Turin, the other - slightly more local is Snugbury's of Nantwich. Both are exceptional.
