Fresh, home-made and locally sourced
food is the order of the day at The Bhurtpore, with menus designed
to suit all tastes. The set menus are diverse and are complemented by special dishes which change day-by-day. Meat is sourced from quality local suppliers - The Great Tasting Meat Company, Brookshaw's, Cheerbrooks, and Haysted's (All from Nantwich). Goat is locally raised by Chestnut Meats of nearby Spurstow and Venison is from Malcolm Prescott, a stalker from Betley. Other game is from Alternative Meats of Wem and Lakes Speciality Foods of Cumbria. Fish is all from sustainable stocks and eggs are free range. We have 2 suppliers of ice cream. One is a premium Italian range from Turin, the other - slightly more local is Snugbury's of Nantwich. Both are exceptional. Please click here for a sample of dishes recently on our menu.
